How It's Made

1. Sorting & Collection

   • Old clothes and textile waste are collected and carefully sorted by color.
   • Unnecessary synthetic fibers and non-cotton materials are removed, ensuring only high-quality cotton fibers are used.

2. Cutting & Shredding

   • The fabric is cut into smaller, uniform pieces and finely shredded for even processing.

3. Color Blending Without Chemicals

   • The pre-existing fabric colors are blended to create new, beautiful shades without using any dyes, water, or harmful chemicals.
   • This eco-friendly process conserves natural resources and reduces environmental impact.

4. Spinning Into Soft Cotton Yarn

   • The blended cotton fibers are spun into high-quality, soft yarn with an even texture.

5. Twisting Into Premium Macramé Cord

   • The spun yarn is carefully twisted into a single-twist macramé cord, making it strong yet soft, with excellent drape and easy knotting.
   • The special twist structure allows for smooth knots and stunning fringes and tassels.

Even the inner spool is made from recycled and biodegradable paper, staying true to our eco-conscious values.
